Coyote Night

Coyote Nights the night is dark there is no moon no light and the stars lie quiet its at two in the morning there are the yips and barks that quick high pitch yipping as my heart beats heavy in the night for something has died and becomes a meal as mother earth demands in her cycles the coyotes have claimed their prize a creature has been caught in this cold natural rhythm of life in the blackness of the night,
