Cowboys Never Quit
He sits atop a hurricane,
Of muscle, bone and grit and pain,
This rodeo will be his bane,
But cowboys never quit.
A thousand pounds of turbulence,
A ride of thunder, quite intense,
It's full of drama and suspense,
But cowboys never quit.
It's man and beast and bravery,
As bull and cowboy disagree,
And one is thrown and one is free,
But cowboys never quit.
Another ride, another day,
The bulls still win and cowboys pay,
But with the rodeo he'll stay,
For cowboys never quit.
