whisper of lilac in the summer’s day
variety of flowery fragrances wafting
streaming sunbeams warming gray striped tabby
mums and petunias decorating wrap-around porch
wasps and bees collecting butterflies and faeries
country magic adorned with marigolds, tomatoes, and roses
