I used to have insomnia this bad -- not right now...

How easily we nod off at dawn ~ though we can't a wink sleep all night

My hubby is having trouble with insomnia lately - not me, I'm out when I hit the pillow!

Yes, the pain is certainly a big part of it, but he does have times when it is not so bad-

You know, it's not surprising with what he's enduring...My insomnia started when I developed lymphedema and extreme back pain following knee replacement surgery. Pain = worry = more pain = less sleep = more worry = constant pain...It's a deadly cycle; Here's to your husband breaking it!!! ~ Dr. Wolf, operating (LOL) without a license

Hello Gershon, yes some people do have trouble to sleep. i drink lavender tea. It is a tea that makes me sleepy. Have a nice day my friend.
