Could It Be

Hear them Voices like a breeze traverse the lands Giving dance to the trees as they pass. See them Hearts like snow White and spotless. Angel like they are Doing their duties with diligence While singing hymns in praise and worship. Like yesterday, today and tomorrow Theirs is a call Born to serve and to please. Reflect like in a mirror Of the lives of the meek Those who wish for goodness and goodwill. To them they know not tears No pains no sorrow Life everlasting, eternal. In their world there is no sickness No pests and weeds..... In their dreams there are no nightmares Wishes are dreams come true Age keeps its youth Hearts forever young. Could it be?

Early morning reading to get the mind buzzing. Thank you for sharing your excellent poetry Robert. Have a fabulous weekend and I hope to see more of your poetry when I get back to the Soup Monday. Usually pretty busy on the weekends with family so don't get to read much. Love, Carol
