Since beginning my weight loss routine My joy for eating's increased by umpteen Could eat a horse But refrain of course Trust me, I'm like a damn eating machine

Well to be honest, to achieve this ENORMOUS weight loss, here's how I've done it! Three healthy meals a day... ABSOLUTELY no snacks in between... and get an eight hour BEAUTY SLEEP every night!!! Oh and refrain from touching young fillies at the mall! Oh sorry, went off track there!!!!!!
