I think it is one of the bravest things to do, to face the truth within. It can be very hard, but helps to live a genuine life. Great poem and thanks for sharing the gorgeous photo of the flowers :)

The truth is sometimes hard to accept even when it is within..perhaps that is why man deflects... to look elsewhere..but truth never changes. Eternal words you posted my friend Demetrios.

I read your Monoku over and over to catch the essence of your perspective dear Demetrios. I think that Man is endowed with powers and abilities to reach higher levels of Truth of the universe of which he is a miniature part.. and to gain that position he should get to know and discover that might, love, mystery, beauty within him first.. he should find in himself the key to unlock the gates of the unknown..
