corner stone

he knew that divorce would be a new beginning
a sad journey yet filled with promise and faith
the agony was over now the walls had come down

God told him he need not be crushed
for there would be new foundations and perspectives
that the ingredients for a happy life were all abound
only he himself could stand in his own way
and therefore he surrendered once more and again

once he opened his eyes to reality uncertainty and fears
he saw glimpses of another dawning and bright light
darkness would never be permanent nor would suffering and pain
and reconstruction would take patience stillness and action

he felt a plain wide open with challenges and choices
and realised that future would happen if he lived in the present

Yes ! Well done on the realisation, Kai. The Now Moment is all we really have. This is your telling line : “ reconstruction would take patience stillness and action”. Strong title. ThkU for sharing. Sending Light. X.
