Cool Dip In the Pool The sun didn't hide, so it was hot outside, I could have baked a cake. I decided to bum and jump in the pool, it wasn't cool, my dog Doodle that was deaf was basking on a raft, so, I started to ask, as I laughed, the next-door neighbor's poodle Saber in a flash bump into me and jumped in and caused a splash. By that time, I'd become a wet noodle, Doodle and the neighbor's poodle Saber had won once more. I started to bubble, I knew I was in trouble so, I doubled back inside the house before I died and made a path for a cool bath. My spouse the louse just stood there laughing as the buttons started flying as I took off my blouse. I said, Sonny. What so funny? I'll give you some honey if you join me in the cool tub and give me a rub. 8/19/2018

Lighthearted and entertaining, Eve! Still grinning at some of the images you bring to mind....and wonder what it's like to have a louse for a spouse:) Hugs // paul

Your words where enchanting and you pulled off a great bit of poetry while narrating this unique and spirited saga of canine buffoonery on a hot summer's day at the pool. Emile.
