Conversation Between My Heart and Mind
How long will you indulge in that which is lost, how long will you settle only to fill an emptiness instead of practicing patience
I know exactly how to love but always get caught in lust
How many times will you hurt others and continue to hurt yourself
I know where I need to go but keep making detours only to get lost again
How can you tell others how to aid their relationship when you won’t help yourself?
I know this is wrong but for the moment it feels right so for the moment I don’t fight
Because I want to feel good for this one little moment because the rest of my day was bad
p.s. fight the pain and never give in better days are coming…
