Contentment

Contentment has so far deluded me
A mind unsettled more mine
One foot takes comfort in still
The other ready to move on

Contentment is something I now crave
To feel home somewhere that fits
No more the wonderer does he feel
Lost in a world he wont be missed

Contentment speaks many words
To be happy with your lot
Mischievous in all its cunning
Then as simple as it can be

Contentment at last feels in reach
My hand can sense it is near
Once caught I will pull close
That which has been so far

Contentment is the only goal
Nothing else can really matter
At peace with all around you
Content with what is your lot
