Conquering the Heights

Hope 

is the ladder-
 
that step by step-

allows one conquer the heights 

of desirous success  

by subjugating  

detrimental 

fear!*

* This is my 2600th poem. When I started posting here, back 
in August 2012,  I never thought to stay for that long and that 
would climb onto the 16th position of the most prolific poet list of 
PoetrySoup. I thank all those who have supported me and keep 
supporting me and all those who have fought me and keep fighting 
me for they both have forged my resolve to... keep climbing!
