Connect To the Circle of Life

Connect the circle, give it to one that
needs to find out it's true meaning, to
continue on as long as possible, with faith
in the spirits of all who love
 mother earth with compassion.
 And love.

Living like a creature of nature shall make
 you strong enduring the sorrows
 having courage and strength. To
 complete your journey.

Say hello to mother sun and father
moon, and collect all the stardust
that falls upon your life with joy.

Drink of the water fresh from the heavens
and collect a feather from an angel
that dropped it to the ground.

Thank your spirit guides that shall
lead you home someday with love
 and grace.

Everyone thought they were in a Godfather movie. My sides are aching here with laughter, Marc. You have to stop!

This should be a contest winner, Yinka, because it is.

You have brought the terror of the female alive and well into this poem with pure delight, Tahbang. An amazing thing to do!

Don't pour rows of sorrow into my life. WOW! Nice.

Can't find myself among my own nation. Is this why we are seeking people from other nations at Poetry Soup, Ewa? That's what I believe too.

I really like the cadence of this, Winston. Now I have to look up the word Lolly.

Your haikus are always spot-on accurate and fun to visualize and read. Never over done. I appreciate this!

This is stark, out there, and plainly wonderfully well-written. I need to read it a second time. And maybe even a third.

I love the dance of the angels that created this poem through you, Harriet.
