Confusing Musings
If I with my brown skin
Had sinned with powerful men
Would I be crazy
To have dreams of a First Lady
Could I be splashed naked
Across *********** pages
Break up a happy home
And still be deemed worthy of throne
Would my sins be unique
And awards that win me
Peace and prosperity finest things
That too my parents get American dreams
Would I get a pass
Because I gave up some ***
And had a few laughs
Despite my less perfect past
Hmmm imagine that
