Confused Mind

Words cannot describe whats in my mind I try to grab and catch it but nothing stays behind I open my mouth but nothing comes out Not even a single thought to say out loud Wish things were as simple as reading a book Knowing exactly for what to look But my mind is black as the night Just close my eyes and give up the fight

Hi May Sara! Love this short, somewhat sad, poem in rhyme. Sometimes it's best to give up the fight and let inspiration come at its own pace, when she feels like it. Trying too hard will hinder, not help. Take it easy...words will come on their own, when you least expect them:) All the best...and welcome! // paul
