Conflict Within
As the midnight, sun glistens down.
I seek a vision bright as the day.
The story I seek is a dream.
Within a passing moment of time,
What do I seek, from such details?
Is it just a conflict of life’s destiny?
Or is it what we all seek unknowingly.
Each says they seek companionship.
Each says they dream of desires.
Each says their dreams are desires.
Maybe we fight for loneliness.
Or is it we just fight to escape.
We just linger in existence alone.
Though so many visit us,
Reality is we are just only loners.
