Conflagration Tendency

Yield me back control so you can be at peace.
While frantically clutching, I frequently stumble.
submerged in an underworld inside artifice.
For a glimpse of truth, as it seems to crumble.

I'm not known to the crowd, as you might expect.

Is it to be likened to the unhinged mind of Nero as he watched the fire in Rome safe from injury and possesing several personas. Mixing unnoticed by his people and not drawing attention by wearing a disguise. While culture avoids rivalry and fake happiness. Wow.
