Confessions of a Christian Rapper

Help me Lord Jesus, I can't do this on my own

I tried so many times but it feels like I'm all alone

My spirit feels weak and my flesh so strong

It is totally opposite to Your Word, I know that it's wrong

Posting a lot of rap songs as if I'm a celebrity

Unknowingly putting Your name to shame, stealing all Your Glory

I'm just a mere human composed of filth and dirt

But Your Grace covers me and all of me that hurts

I'm crying profusely while writing these lines

Help me not to steal Your Glory coz I'm not Divine

I'm just a Christian rapper writing down some lines

Oh, Please Lord, mold me into Your intended design
