Concrete Steps Offer Helps
So long as you live
Keep yourself joyful
Throw away worry
Carry hope alone
Let little pleasures
Offer you mirth
Calmly celebrate
By feeling hopeful
If you feel gloomy
You are wrong
Use the present
For a happy time
With verve do
Each day's act
Let bliss ooze out
To accompany you
Being alive is great
With this idea in mind
Exploit the time given
Set aside your doubts
Even a small thing
Must get your thanks
Relish matters minutely
By adoring deeply God
Give up not foolishly
Go ahead hopefully
Life is only to live,
It won't come again
When gloom arrives
Hear a favorite song
Or chant a prayer
Or visit a Temple
Plenty of opportunities
To distract this gloom
Are provided by God
Use it wisely to be glad
Be always positive
Go not into a shell
Only then you can
Overcome obstacles
If you form a habit
To be an optimist
That will continue
To provide shade
Drive away pessimism
Have full confidence
Pursue life further
Safety is then assured!
