Written as a Tribute to Jacques & Torin Lakeman who passed away tragically together on 2nd December 2014 – I read this poem and another poem called 'Birthday Memories' at their memorial Service on 16th January 2015 and both the poems are posted with their parents blessing. A Jactor memorial project has been set up – see this link - if it doesn't work then please google jactor project facebook

Jacques and Torin came round to play
In the afternoon on a Saturday
Three computers linked up on the dining room table
Age of Empires played whenever they were able
Drinks and snacks and lots of chatter
Sarah and I would sit and have a natter
The boys would play for hours and hours
Building Empires and ivory towers
Turkey Jetta’s, chips and beans for tea
Then back to the game for the happy three
