Composing My Music

I close my eyes as my fingers dance and play the
Black and white keys, finding the right lyrics.

That echo, sounds resounding, rhythms that tempo
My heart, beating along, elevating in midair.

My keynotes are like a warm cup of cocoa on a cold winter day:
The pungent sweetness touches my tongue, trails
Down to my bosom and comforts my gut for hours.

I am not musical in the least, and yet, you have inspired my musical side which I thought was nonexistent. "That echo, sounds resounding, rhythms that tempo My heart, beating along, elevating in midair." Wow!
