Complusive Desire

Lost to the world in my delightful craze,
I live many lives read from the maze,
Picking tracks in story lines to blaze,
While body and soul remain in a daze:
.
Cross legged I walk through beautiful meadows,
Holding very still I churn written words,
Quench lovers thirst with unleashed metaphors,
And my heart beats and sinks with each new scene.
.
In comfort I sit unfolding drama,
Nibble a cookie or two in divine karma,
Images in flow follow the dotted line;
Rows fly by and the pages overturned.
.
For the story of life, past or future;
Yields to the presence and truth, of today

You have a wonderful ear for what you write ... I feel the audibleness of each poem I read, and this one explodes with music everywhere. Love and peace, my friend.
