Companion Wind
While walking on a windy day,
You feel like a kite twirling in the sky.
The leaves from the trees ,
Twirl about and dance.
My companion wind,
Both friend and foe.
Sometimes warm like a summer breeze,
Also cool and refreshing.
Like years of yesterday,
A constant companion.
Like God's great conductor,
Directing nature.
A giant set onstage,
Where all nature comes to life.
Houses and apartments stand tall,
Amongst the frolicking of the wind.
Hats tossed about playfully,
Your clothes whisked about,
Like God's giant broom,
God's housekeeping forever kind.
