Commencement

Commencement frees the sprit within
  Lurking dormant beneath our skin
Sentenced to prisons they call school
  Liberation's rejoicing, spirit's fuel

"prisons of office or school" - I know many young people would never consider college, after surviving the eight hour days of mandated "do what we say every second".

Yeah... They'll go into the Army or go to work,... for more of the same 'Do what we say!' Funny how people are sado-masochists at heart! ~ Whip me!

Interesting how you point out that offices and school are prisons; I'm a bit conflicted on that notion but do indeed agree that movement is necessary in our daily lives.
