Coming Home Nuer

Does it always have to be a fact check?
With colors of seasons, with monsoon rains?
The joy in me mingles colors outside
And, it seems so fabulous just to live this day!

And right then, I thought about you, Nuer!
Although, not so long ago, we met.
People talk with people for many specific reasons
But I could not find a valid reason, until now.

I was smiling, it meant a whole lot to me
I wanted to know, was it the same for you, Nuer?
I remembered you greeted me for my new book
I think I still could not send the book to you. I will.

Lives merge in a junction of blossoming dreams
None will fix the time to aspire, to hope
Yet, I will keep myself calm and resolute
As I feel, Nuer, it is time for coming home!
