Coming Across As Wrong When Trying To Be Nice
Stopping short of saying nothing
at all and stopping what i am doing
I know not what else to do
As i thought or was under the
impression to pay a compliment
all you had to do was say something
nice or positive
But obviously trying to be nice
is foreign to me and i am finding it
an enigma
Because if all i am trying or set
out to do is go in search of paying
compliment and rather turns out offending instead
Then sincerely sorry i do apologise
please inform me and you will never hear from me again
For i do not ever nor wish to criticize
or offend be you that foe or friend
And if i have i havr only myself to
blame and am at fault if i made you
think i was in any way being
disingenuous
Otherwise why or what would
be the point of taking the time
to do it in the first place
Because this shows if nothing else
if the aim is to draw a response
People respond more to criticism
than compliment
