Comfort and Kindness

Comfort and kindness By Michelle Morris 27/10/2022 To give a dying man comfort In his last hours To hold his hand And listen to his cries Comfort and kindness Humanity at its best Love and understanding The need for peace and rest For that soul to move on To Heaven light and free Peace and grace In its essential being Shining so bright The silver threads they glow For we are all connected And in our deeds we show Comfort and kindness Humanity at its best Love and understanding Shows our innate strength We are one heart One soul in this Universe So vast and beautiful We are perfect innocence When we give true selves Show the highest form of love The Universe smiles And Heaven welcomes us home © Michelle Morris, 2022
