Comes In Colours, She Does

May I come
to visit you?
You can come
anytime you like

I'll give you
a bowl of passion
if you can find
a blues lick
of the purple rain
kind of like gold
nuggets embossed

Can you bend that
and insert it
ever so slowly
until the colours fuse
when you come
to decorate
my rhythmic
incarnation

In the golden shower
over the yellow
brick road
the explosions
reverberate in
the colours
of a bouble
rainbow.
