Come Whatever May

What do you say
When you wake everyday
Are you thankful for what’s given When you’re long since left being driven

Such beauty is all around
From the sunrise to sunrise bound
The laughter of children playing
And sunshine in daylight streaming

Are you still at all purpose dreaming
Of new adventures and things being
When you are blessed for each day
Come whatever may

Pour yourself one more drink
And find out what you really think
For your life is your own
Give in to what you want known.
