Come Out
Come out from the darkness into the light,
death dreary days will someday be bright.
You've made gross mistakes, you've done some things wrong,
while traveling a road that is lonely and long.
You've grown from a child, so precious and sweet,
into a man with expectations to meet.
You can't do it alone, life is meant to shared,
even those hurt can't help but to care.
Look deep in your heart the answers are clear,
your enemies can't be those you hold dear.
Come out from the darkness into the light,
relinquish all weapons, the end is in sight.
Mighty of men have encountered worse paths,
years will pass by before we can laugh.
But today we can learn from misfortune and grief,
tomorrow's a new day to embrace and believe.
I don't have the answers, I know not the way,
but my path is in shambles with you gone astray.
It's hard to imagine a more reckless approach,
than the drugs, or the booze desired by most.
God had a plan when he sent you to me,
a soul with a challenge "Make him Believe"
He will bring heartache, he will not follow suit,
he will have an enigma that clouds the truth.
Come out of the Darkness into the light,
please show the world you are alright.
