Notes About The Poem

Come On, Wake Up

can't just wait for life to get exciting
passively sitting waiting
while nothing stirs inside

oh, Line, I can't believe you cannot make some excitement in your life. Get up and dance the macarena RIGHT NOW (a good description of this empty feeling)

A well stated description of Inertia that, certainly, would lead one to nowhere my friend, Line!

Hi Line! Interesting little poem. I hope whoever is doing the waiting in this poem meets someone exciting this year; someone who will compel him or her to get up out of that chair and grab life by the ...horns? lol
