Come Back Home
You left me in a blank space,
surely I can't figure out the case.
Odd thoughts make my body shake.
My mind is turning into cold gray ash flakes.
How could you leave me like this,
without telling me...(what did I miss?)
To escape the pretense of being fine,
I shut myself inside four walls.
I keep thinking about you all day and night,
hoping and waiting for your call.
Outside I'm all groomed
but inside I'm utterly doomed.
Amidst the crowd, I'm a lonely soul.
My heart is burning into a dark black coal.
How could you leave me like this,
without telling me...(What did I miss?)
