Come and See

I'm pleased to extend a hand in moments of happiness
Mine or others who reach out to me, "Come and see."
Joyous times when we feel free of duress and stress,
grateful for reasons to live that we need gladly decree.

Finding faith in a Heavenly Father is a generous blessing
Following His Biblical Word, we're invited to come and see
To taste His merciful forgiveness after our sins' confessing...
We acknowledge the hope of salvation, no longer a reverie.

Some successes are cast by the fingers of fate, win or lose
By the roll of the dice, the flip of a coin, calling heads or tails
The future depends on which side it lands on once we choose,
only to discover that justice is not always balanced on scales.

Lady Justice may be blind, still with desire for freedom we sing
Living life with spiritual conviction gives pause for recognition
Celebrate the light of sunrise and the flight of birds on the wing
If we come and see that life is good, it may bring us to fruition.
