Colour the Page

Life through colours prime
colours, colours, prime
That can change with time.
Changing as I age
Start the whitest page.
Youth with colours bright
blended, blended, right
Stay within my sight.

I’ll remain on view
stay on view, on view
This is what I’ll do
I’ll refuse to fade
will not fade, not fade
My foundations made.
As I change with age
Colour up the page.
