Colour My Days With Your Love
Take my hand in yours,
Let’s walk on this path we have found,
Let’s assemble our days,
Your smile brings sunshine to my gloomy skies,
I want to bask in this until time closes the door,
Your embrace like a blanket keeps me warm,
Let’s be wrapped in
each other’s arms from dusk to dawn,
I love the glow in your eyes when you look at me,
It awakens my sleeping prowess,
Your calm words flow through me like a tranquil sea,
Your soothing words break through my icy days,
Come to me and sculpt away my dreary days,
Colour my days with your love,
Loneliness wraps me when you are far and away,
Anchor me with your affection,
Rain on me your kisses through thick and thin.
