- Color Game In November -

Let the colors play,
                                       melt together -
                                   impatient and dizzy
                                     Float in a stream
                                     a steady rhythm

                                      Nature abounds
                                        of inspiration
                                   one day in November

                                  The image of their fall
                                         will not pass
                                       Days will come
                                     in different colors

                                        A quiet voice -
                                   autumn heralds winter

                                           Like a veil
                                   the snow paints white
                                          - the creek 
                                    mute and motionless

Hope you are looking forward to Christmas as much as we are. Our garden is promising a full supply of fruit and vegetables. and with our daughter just up the top of our street is set to have a similar bounty. She introduced me to the art of sour dough bread making with great success. I am hooked. Also make wonderful scones with leftover sourdough starter. Regards David
