Collaboration

collaboration work with sun, moon earth, the good long days peel, pull seeds hum quietly a nameless melody drawn through half forgotten memories as is this recipe. cinnamon red, sharp nutmeg brown, sultry sugar white as snows to come eggs golden globes milk splashing creamy sounds. day light slants across the table it warms my hands as they shape dough for pumpkin pie.

I love the poem, Patricia. I also love pumpkin pie, especially with salted caramel on top lol. I understand your title of the poem. At first I thought you had written a poem together with someone else :)

I made a pie with nature she did most of the work. Thank you for understanding.

I really do fancy a nice big slice of that pie right now...it would certainly add something extra-nice to my break time; in complete contradiction to the rather mundane looking meal sat before me at this very moment. Just the thought of it - Yum! :) john

Hhmm...After my normal 12 hours in the sack recovery-time Saturday night I may well try something rather more adventurous come Sunday afternoon -- I shall tackle the intricacies of a cooked chicken! Trying to put to the back of my mind, of course, what happened last time I was tempted to be so adventurous...which we...errr...best not go into of course - ahem... :)

Do you bake? You, if able, should make your meals more exciting. It doesn't take much more time than making a sandwich and you would be amazed how it lifts you spirits. lol but I digress thank you. I think baking is very sensual. Meaning it an involve all of your senses. Have a good shift.
