Cold World

In my eyes I see the world for what it truly is brutal and cold
It's like a slap across the face but the sting will always remain
Innocent hearts are slain

It strips you of hope feeds off your fear
Hazle eyes crystal tear
Beat me down till I feel nothing

Leave me with my thoughts just let me breathe
How could this be what happened to this town
It used to be smiles but all I see is frown

Love is dead
My only way to cope is a pill
To numb my loneliness a void I can't fill

Each day they break me down further
They Kill my hope and suck me dry
I have no tears left to cry
