This is a swap quatrain rhyming poem, a form i really like but which is not shown at PoetrySoup. It can be found at Shadowpoetry.com under new forms. I foget the name of its creator.

Cold moon rising in dark-inked sky. Recalling his farewell, I cry. His face -like the moon’s – surprising; in dark-inked sky, cold moon rising. He raised his eyes to me -frozen. The light from them had been stolen. With the coolest of goodbyes, to me -frozen – he raised his eyes. His fond embrace he kept from me. His smile I loved so much to see was wiped completely from his face. He kept from me his fond embrace. Not long ago, he’d been my moon, my sun and stars, but then so soon he took away from me his glow! he’d been my moon not long ago. When moon rose cold, he left that night. A grief unending is my plight because my heart he does not hold. He left that night when moon rose cold. I love this! A true outpouring of old anguish, it seems like. Reminds me of the goodbye with my teenage girlfriend. Not only did you capture it nicely, you really worked the form, and made it ring! Excellent!
