Cocoon of Captivity
Their memories & reality have become traumatized with the violence of their troubled past.
Now their future is blurred with visions of their recurring tragic past.
They have become numb, unable to see, feel, think, hear, and taste like the normal.
What have they become? We do not know, neither do they understand nor have they forgotten
their culture of old that plagues their memories continually dimming the future they see,
painting it dark red.
Daily the future they see bleeds, till it is empty justifying the reason for what they
have become. This is the only story that makes meaning & sense to them, others are yet to
make an impact on them.
What do we do to save us from ourselves & from our environment imposed captivity?
What shall we do to break this cocoon of captivity that shields us from the real
overshadowed truth?
And for how many years will it take this overshadowed truth to be buried in its silence?
