Coconut Envy

A hole is dug.
Rain pours from
Ground to sky.
The seed of death is planted.

An oak sprouts,
Fantastic and fanciful,
It lasts 100 years.
A single seed is left behind.

A hole is dug.
Rain pours from
Heart to ground.
The seed of hope is planted.

An elm sprouts,
Beautiful and bright,
It last a day.
A mustard seed is left behind.

A hole is dug.
Rain pours from
Soul to mind.
The seed of faith is planted.

A great redwood sprouts,
The king of trees,
Massive and magnificent,
It last forever.
An amazing seed drops from the highest branch.

A hole is dug.
Rain pours from
Ground to ground.
The seed of life is planted.

A tree sprouts,
Lavish and lovely.
2 coconuts fall.
