It's breaking my soul
to leave you behind.
Your a manager who
showed me
nothing but kindness
You believed in me
and gave me the chance
to prove to you
I was
worthy of happiness
Your a rock solid man
hardworking and dedicated
Commanding respect
and teaching
the undereducated
Your leadership qualities
have taken you places
And there's
more work to be done
putting smiles on
underprivileged faces
I wish I was there
to see
you polish them up
with tasks at hand
and
sticking to the plan
But, I must go
and pursue my dreaming
Thanks to you
my writing is gleaming
I will never forget
the lessons I've learned
Nor, the man behind
the
admiration you've earned
