I just need 1 more day
I want to walk up to you
Wrap my arms around you
I want to hold you, no actually I want you to hold me, closer to your chest n just let me stay there a few seconds
N just breathe your scent
I just want 1 more day with you
I want to grab your hand when you least expect it, hold it and say nothing but embrace you.
I want to walk next to you
Feel the breeze on my skin
And butterflies in stomach
I want to spend hours hours with you
Knowing you don't belong to me
But in that moment I will own you.
I just need 1 more day
To create memories we couldn't create in the past.
I want to express myself without holding
Not even one emotion back
I just need one more day to show you the
Real me, not to convince you I was worth it but I feel like I deserve it,
I feel like, a lot of the missing pieces of me
Will be found, a lot of broken parts of me will be mended.
I just need one more day
To sit next to you
Lay my head on your shoulder
And watch the ocean with you
No words unless you feel
Like talking I'll listen.
I want to look into eyes
Stare into your soul
And get to know you.
I want to get attached to you
Just to fully disconnect
I want to let go by holding on
I want to get close to you
Just so I can get some closure, it's not a trick
To flicker an old flame
No I don't want that,
I just need 1 more day
To finally say goodbye ??
Most people cherish their first kiss
But I want to remember our last
Last hug, last touch, last stroke.. Lol
Joking, but if the moment allows why not?
I just want 1 last hour
Filled with real moments of me
My happy smile??
My not so needy glance...
Last chance type of vibe....
Anyways I hope you grant me your time
Not as a favor but as a gesture of love and guinuenity
1 day for us to be real with each other.
