"Can you feel the sound of an abandoned house;
can you hear the whispering?"
Quote by_Constance La France
Closed doors longing for tender touch,
for long, they missed the warmth of human skin.
Dusty floors that crave for footsteps so much,
wondering where those feet have been.
Mirrors that have forgotten how they look,
their reflection, they could hardly remember.
Dusts on covers of every unwanted book.
Stairways that have forgotten their number.
Closed windows that long for fresh air.
Dirty linens in an almost empty room.
Chandeliers that crave for precious stare.
The yards even miss the touch of broom.
At night, you hear the sound of emptiness,
like sad souls caught in blind silence;
They were like hearts waiting in nothingness,
longing for the essence of their existence.
