Close your eyes
Let the rain
Whisper softly in your ear
Close your eyes
Let the sunlight turn the lids orange
And remind you of the hope in each new day
Caress the hope
Hold it in your hands
Let it swim into your soul
Caress the hope
Hold it in your heart
And may it carry you through life
