Close To Rose
CLOSE to ROSE
Bee though warned of thorns
don't care but comes close to rose.
even hit by thorns
tries to smell and tastes nectar.
Slowly rose withers away.
Pale wizened Rose droops.
Wrinkling petals looking dull,
and losing fragrance.
Buzzing bee tries to dip nose,
moans and kisses wilted rose.
