though i love you always
i believe i love you best
when i can feel your heart
beating against my chest
in that sweet embrace
i shall always want to be
for when i can feel your heart
i know you’re close to me
though i shall always love you
i still cherish the very best
when i may feel your heart
beating fast upon my breast
