Close My Eyes

I don’t want to lie awake
I just want to go to sleep
Never wake up
And never breathe again

I want to close my eyes
It’s time to close my eyes
I’m not too young
I’m just all done

You won’t find me now
You won’t get me on the telephone
I don’t want one more try 
I just want to say good-bye

Let me close my eyes
It’s time to close my eyes
I’m on the floor 
I’m done fighting this war

Just sing me a lullaby
I’m ready to leave
I’ll take these pills
And I’ll go to sleep

I want to close my eyes
It’s time to close my eyes


*This was inspired my the song "Lullaby" by Nickelback to help me get through some hard times...
