Through the cloudy foggy
Air I searched for you
Waiting for the sun to
Rise and dry the morning dew
A celestial treasure
Your love has given me
Rose petals and Hyacinths
Each and every heartbeat
If I could but whisper
Your name upon the wind
Would time reverse
And my love rise again?

What an evocative and soulful write this is, i love the descriptive nature of your thoughts, expressed in such eloquence. Especially the opening lines. Drew me right in. I loved “ Your name upon the wind Would time reverse And my love rise again?“ soul touching and so poignant. Pleasure reading your work. Sending you light

Dear Kelli, The imagery of the foggy air and rising sun evokes a sense of searching and desiring. The contrast between the present and the past - between the "celestial treasure" and "rose petals and hyacinths" - beautifully highlights the feelings of loss and reminiscence. The ending question, "Would time reverse and my love rise again?", carries a strong emotional weight, leaving a lasting impression on me the reader. Such a heartfelt piece. - Blessings, Daniel
