Clockwork

If I died would you care? Would it cause you a scare? Would you break a smile? Laugh a while? The consideration in your heart is bare, I can’t see anything in the depths of your blank stare. My throat slowly builds up with bile, As your actions are vile. I’m tired of living in this nightmare, I don’t have any more fight to spare. I’m only a juvenile, My life ends when the clock hits twelve and you’re turning the dial.
